Work Well-being Series

Let’s appreciate how we affect each other.

Workshops from this series are available upon request and may be combined with other workshops from the nature series.

Why is well-being at work important?

Workplace well-being programmes and initiatives are all about balance. Creating space to connect authentically and to be human at work, to recognise the need for work-life balance allows for a nourishing sense of growth, self-awareness and ultimately a healthy work environment. The workplace can be a force of positive change, support and energy for colleagues to be encouraged to live well, and in doing so be their best selves and create a thriving work experience.

Who is it for?

This series has been created with the sole purpose of allowing space for a deeper sense of:

-          Connection & community

-          Listening & understanding

-          Collective wisdom through inner wisdom

So if your workspace and colleagues could benefit from any of the above, please do get in touch.

Topics

1.      Personalities - let’s appreciate how our personalities affect our working-style; let’s use our strengths and limitations to work more effectively and efficiently together

2.      Listening - let’s consider what it truly means to listen with purpose and curiosity; let’s pause to listen to others as well as ourselves

3.      Regret & Non-judgement - let’s appreciate ‘voice’ at the workspace, how and when to ask for help and how to speak honestly with care

4.      Truth & Values - let’s re-evaluate what’s important, together

5.      Connection - let’s build community a the workplace

 6. Responsibility & Compassion - let’s appreciate the courage there is in vulnerability and waiting

7. Acceptance - let’s reflect on how much more connects us than separates us

8. Expectations & Clarity - let’s acknowledge the roles we play at work and in life

9. Motivators & Strengths - let’s create possibilities by knowing what motivates us individually and collectively

(This series of workshops will follow the NUSHU modality – get in touch to know more or check out my NUSHU circles)

A presentation will be sent to you via email beforehand. It will include material to introduce the subject and from which you will be able to think more deeply into the subject and how it resonates with you – and also possibly how it does not!
